Total Guarantee Rate Contract / Full Service Level Agreement: (Photocopier Machine)
- This contract includes the cost of toner, drum, service and all spares up to the machine life. (Price of the contract will be as per the model. And the cost of the copy will be counted as per the counter of the machine.)
Online Support :
- Online Service provides high-quality remote assistance and onsite support for your hardware, helping you keep up and running within a short period of time.
- Our Service Support will work remotely with your device to isolate, troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
- Our technician can even perform remote diagnosis using electronic support tools when available.
- For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, a Qualified Technician will visit you following working day after your call has been logged or within 24-48 hours after, depending on the service level agreement of the scheme you have opted.
